Days later after thinking everything over, I did just that. Karl answered every question I had along the way and was very reassuring. He made me feel very comfortable and happy with my decision. I was on my way of purchasing my own Mercedes Benz! Gil Otero in finance helped me along the way. He has the best energy and helped made all my decision making fun and easy! When I was ready to take off in my new car the product concierge Paul Cioffi took the time to show me all my fancy new buttons!
