They take your money and run Purchased a low mileage CPO vehicle from this dealership. The vehicle produces an intermittent hum, similar to blowing across the top of a bottle, at Purchased a low mileage CPO vehicle from this dealership. The vehicle produces an intermittent hum, similar to blowing across the top of a bottle, at highway speeds. This was not evident during the test drive. When I called the salesperson to ask about it, he stated that he also heard that sound when he was driving the car up for delivery. He had made no mention of it any point during the delivery. He then continued to justify it by stating another vehicle he delivered had the same issue, so it must be normal (it's definitely not). The dealership has not made any offer to correct the issue... So now I'm on the clock to get it fixed before the warranty expires. This dealership clearly does not care about the customer once they have the money. Be warned that they use fillers to hide scratches and paint defects on the vehicle, so be cautious about that. After a few washes, this filler will disappear and you will see the true condition of the paint. My vehicle had scratches on almost every square inch and holograms caused by improper use of a rotary buffer, all of which were hidden in the showroom by the paint fillers. I will need to spend hundreds in paint correction to fix this. I know I did not cause the scratches because I'm extremely careful in washing my vehicles... I only use microfiber wash mitts (replaced after each wash) and microfiber drying towels (also replaced after each wash), never an automatic car wash. When filling out the CSI survey, I tried my best to be fair and honest (in spite of not having that courtesy extended to me)... and minutes after filling out the survey I received a voicemail AND email trying to guilt me for my response. I would like to think that someone who just gave you $30,000 would deserve a little better... but apparently that's the way it goes at Flagship Motorcars. In spite of all this, I would have considered returning to the dealership for my next purchase... but after discovering the paint issue that definitely will not happen. This just was not a positive experience. More

This dealership has it all. They are sensitive to your busy schedule and do everything possible to put you in the right car for YOU! Expedient and knowledgeable and above and beyond in every way you can possibly imagine. The day of pickup, the car was in it's own little showroom with a big red bow on the hood and I was graced with a bouquet of long stemmed red roses. It just does not get any better than this - I was truly queen for a day in my new Benz! More
