Above and beyond I never usually bring my car to the dealership because of previous experience with another dealership; but in this case i had to. The associate that assisted me not only made me feel as an elite customer but went above and beyond to help me with my car. After a simple request of a navigation update for whatever reason the car install did not fully work. Phi and the flagship team were determined to solve the matter. In the meantime they accommodated me with one of their courtesy vehicles until the problem was solved. Always received updates from him up until pick up, thank you for the technical upgrade done on my car and the best of it all was that it cost me $0. Thank you again Phi and team! Mr. Garcia More

BEWARE... Check your Carfax and then double check it again I originally thought this dealership was incredible. That all changed when I found out that they lied to me about my car. They said it was never in I originally thought this dealership was incredible. That all changed when I found out that they lied to me about my car. They said it was never in an accident and that it was in pristine condition. I never got a copy of the carfax. The salesman said it was a clean car numerous times when I asked about it. I got home and loved the car until one of my friends noticed something about the paint on the passenger side of the vehicle. I went to look at the carfax which I was told was in my paperwork the day I bought the car and I didn't see it. I contacted the dealer and they told me it was a clean carfax. I asked for the copy of the carfax twice and was never given it. I had to buy it. When I bought it I saw that the Certified Pre Owned 2013 Mercedes Benz E350 that I bought was sideswiped 11 months prior to me purchasing it. I let the dealer know that I now knew it was in an accident and asked for help. I got the runaround and now no one will answer the emails that I've sent or the voicemails that I've left. This is beyond ridiculous. Be very careful with this dealership. They say all the carfax reports are online and they aren't and they are clearly hiding things as the salesman said to me in an email (that I still have) stating "every used car in our lot has been in some type of fender bender or minor accident" More
