I did a great deal of research ahead of time and dealt with a number of Mercedes Dealerships before going in to Flagship. I started with the Mercedes Benz website and company websites to find out the promotions and I had each dealership put in writing the deal that we agreed to. Many other dealers would either not put the agreement in an email or the deal kept changing. But, the deal was the deal with Flagship. Lily, who managed the internet portion, was exceptional. She turned me over to Sean Bresnahan and he was the best. Sean handled the trade in, of my old Mercedes, and the lease of my new Mercedes incredibly well. I strongly recommend them. More

I appreciate that Julia did not try and slam me into a new car. She is extremely professional and made sure everything about the lease was to my liking. Paige was also outstanding in getting the car ready and explaining in detail all of the features. His dedication and passion for helping me far exceeded my expectations. Frank rendered the most impeccable customer service. He handled everything with efficiency, professionalism, respect and honesty. I expressed to frank during our first conversation months before my lease end of my budget, needs and concerns for my next vehicle. He never stopped working so diligently to meet all of them.I was always informed when there was dealer or manufacturer incentives available to me; had I wanted to get out of my lease earlier. Frank didn't just sell me a car but found the best one to fit my needs. He made me feel so comfortable that I signed papers on a car I hadn't even seen. The day of my last lease end, I brought my old car back and walked out with a brand new 2016 E350 in one hour. I never felt pressured at any point in the process. Somehow she sold me a car that I had not seen, but my instinct was to trust her. When I picked up my car it was perfect, everything I asked for, delivered all shiny and new with one dozen of beautiful red roses. I would also like to mention Julialisa's assistant Paige Babcock, was extremely helpful and patient when showing me all the features of my new vehicle. The sales representative Frank (Borriello), calmed and assured me that I would leave happy in a safe car at a price I could afford. He insisted I drive as many cars as I needed to feel comfortable with my decision. Frank took extra time to explain all of my car's features-my favorite being the remote start via mbrace! After that, I couldn't wait to pick up my new car! The delivery of the car was unbelievable, a big red bow and rhinestone studded roses...Absolutely blew me away.
