Flagship Motors is completely new to us, but we took the risk. My wife and I were looking for a very specific car: low mileage, white, tan interior, under $30K. When we visited the showroom in Lynnfield, we got excellent service and response from Kari Boreske, as she was assigned to us by her manager, Mr Lemire. They gave me a good price for our C230 trade towards a real nice 2012 C300. I was going to go to Carmax in Attleboro but when I made the comparisons and Lemire and Boreske finalized the offering price/package, I decided to sign the paperwork immediately. I have never done this before. I also ordered some enhancements when we sat down with the sales manager, Gil Otero. Gil was excellent in doing all the paperwork. Lastly, needing a few days to do the work we ordered, we asked Kari if she could meet us at the dealership in Natick to make the switch with our trade and avoid another tirp to Lynnfield. Kari volunteered to do so without hesitation and efficiently handled the plates/paperwork/follow up. I could not be more pleased about the entire process.
