When we have had small problems with the cars, they have come to the house dropped a loaner and picked up our car because we have 3 kids and aren't able to easily drop our cars off. We will be going back in a few years for 2 newer Mercedes and we will definitely recommend this dealership. Grace has also been such a great customer relations person, understanding that we do have 3 kids and that my husband works making any service we need never an inconvenience for us. More

Purchased a used Jaguar from this dealer. Dealer delivered my car to NH with 1 key fob, when I called to inquire about a second one I was told they did not provide the second key fob and That "they delivered my car to NH with 1 key fob, when I called to inquire about a second one I was told they did not provide the second key fob and That "they were not that expensive and I could buy one on my own". As I understand Derek is a manager and TJ reports to him. TJ gave me a price on phone and suggested to come over to close a deal. However, when i reached at flagship they again started negotiating and increa TJ gave me a price on phone and suggested to come over to close a deal. However, when i reached at flagship they again started negotiating and increase the price by $600. It was such a unprofessional behavour sepcially by Derek. Whole thing was properly staged to play good cop-bad cop negotiation tactic. Derek said whatever TJ has said on phone is wrong as Derek is the boss and it needs his approval and the verbal quote from TJ is not approved. I just wonder if all the price is with manager why they keep sales man in front ? Howcome someone can change his words. They wasted my so much time and I will never go back to them. More
