I went to Mercedes of Boston web page found a 06 S430 and left my contact info. Cindy from Boston called me back within five minutes and offered to have car brought to Somerville for me to see but going to f left my contact info. Cindy passed my info onto Craig at flagship. He called within 5 minutes and we set up a time to meet. He had the car ready in front of show room for my inspection and for a test drive. Steve was the sales person who gave me the test drive. He offered me refreshments and gave me a tour of the facilities. I can't explain how impressed I was. At no time did I feel like I was in typical car dealership. The S430 road and handled like a new car. My dream of 50 years finally came true. I did have trouble with the a/c but service took care of it by having it checked out. The problem was with me not the car even after the sales people explained how it works, my problem was with the left and right controls not realizing that they really aren't totally independent. Thanks to tech Jim I was trained in the fine works of the a/c. Every person I had contact with were of the highest professionalism I have ever met. More

a month ago I went in to take a look at a used BMW with the intention to upgrade my 2008 to possibly a 2011 BMW Rob met me at the entrance of the dealer which is rare these days and right away my apprehens the intention to upgrade my 2008 to possibly a 2011 BMW Rob met me at the entrance of the dealer which is rare these days and right away my apprehension was gone, he made me feel like part of the family, I spent almost an entire day discussing which vehicle would be right for me and the different package deals, prices etc. Rob was very patient, kind, passionate and knowledgeable about his job, he did not give up on me and sent me on my way as most salesman would, but instead he worked together with Gil and got me exactly what I was looking for in a car. I ended up driving home a 2013 C300 mercedes Benz and I love it!! I had not even considered that type of car but Rob thought of everything, he took the time to ask me all the right questions and then found the right vehicle for me. His attention to detail and customer service are remarkable, I drove 1 1/2 hours to get to the dealership but it was well worth it and I would do it again. Darnell is a gracious and polished sales associate. She has a great memory for remembering the customer's names and what they are looking for in a vehicle. Darnell helped us with the purchase of two vehicles; in September 2012, we bought a 2008 C 300 AWD for our son and in May 2013, we bought a new GKL 250 Blu Tec, which had to be ordered. She kept us well informed in a timely manner about the arrival time of our car at the dealership. She also managed to get my insurance company (USAA) to issue the discount certificates for my 2013 GLK 250. Darnell really goes the "Extra Mile" to assist her customers in getting the best deal.
