I worked with Marc Limage at Flagship Motorcars. This was my first Mercerdes purchase but I doubt it will be the last. Marc was very attentive, responsive, and informative. Even after the paperwork was done, he took the time to sit with me in the car and explain how all the featuers and options operated. Darnell is a delight to work with. She does not push the sale and is very low key. Her knowledge of the car systems is exceptional, not easy with today's automobiles, and at the time of delivery, made sure sale and is very low key. In June 2011, I needed to purchase a vehicle because my 1998 Buick Regal's transmission needed to be replaced and I decided that it was time to say goodbye to the Buick and hello to another vehicle. I have always purchased my vehicles with the intent to keep them for a very long time. It's very hard for me to let go of a vehicle and buy another...it sounds silly but I do get attached! For about six months before my transmission needed to be replaced I started to figure out what I would buy if I needed to. The only car on the road that I thought looked really great was the Mercedes 300 since the logo was part of the front grill. I also thought I might test drive BMW. When that day came to buy my next car, I did research on the Mercedes and found that Flagship Motors had quite a few 2010 models that I liked and for an unbelievable price compared to other Mercedes dealerships. I live in Braintree, MA and Flagship, being in Lynnfield, MA, is not close by. My husband and I got there late, 5 pm, on that Saturday and Joe Daroie went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my decision and to test drive a vehicle. My plan was that if I drove the Mercedes 300 4matic and it felt good to drive (I have a serious neck problem where I don't have good mobility and range of motion to turn my neck and get treatments at Beth Israel, PT, etc), I would just buy it!!! For conservative me to do this was a really big deal. The thought of having a Mercedes really took me out of my comfort zone. Joe made me feel as though I could be honest about my feelings concerning the purchase, was willing to answer all of my many questions, gave me more information than I ever dreamed I would get, and helped me get even a better price than what was listed for my 2010 C300. And, Joe did this after the dealership had already closed at 6pm. He and Gil Otero, Business Manager, stayed until just before 9pm to close the deal. I was so hungry during this (hadn't eaten all day except for coffee) and Joe was offering me snacks, fruit, coffee, water...I just never had this type of experience before in purchasing a vehicle. After purchasing the Mercedes C300, Joe called me at home to check on how I was doing with the car and told me to call him at any time if I had questions. I highly recommend Flagship Motors in Lynnfield, MA. I am now a "loyal" customer. Joe, Gil, the service department, the receptionists, etc. at Flagship Motors have greatly exceeded my expectations. Even though we could afford a Mercedes, I never thought I would have a car like this. I grew up just outside of Boston and we didn't have anything so to have a car like this now in my early 50s feels so good!! Joe said that when you drive a car like this that you really want, it makes you feel really good and he is so right!!! I am very proud to drive this car and am proud of myself that I took the plunge and bought such a high end car. Everyone I know thinks the car is just "gorgeous, etc." When I believe in a product/company, I spread the word to everyone I know and that's just what I've done about Flagship. The best advice I give to everyone is the fact that anyone can really own a Mercedes especially if it's a year or two old. Everyone thinks that the prices must be over the top and they're not. I tell people that my car cost about the same as my husband's 2009 Toyota Camry XLE fully loaded that he bought new so don't hesitate to go to Flagship, or call Joe, and he'll make it work. Lastly, the service department is excellent. The entire crew at Flagship make you feel comfortable and can't do enough for you. For me, this was one of the best purchase experiences of my life!!! I am so grateful to Joe and everyone at Flagship for making me feel as though I was their only customer!!! More
