I had a problem with my Mercedes ML 350 and I called service at flagship and was greeted by a service advisor by the name of Renan. I told him my problem and he told me to bring the car right in right a service at flagship and was greeted by a service advisor by the name of Renan. It was horrible. Yet again I was disappointed by false promises of timely service and could not get my back in time after waiting in the dealership for more than 2 h Yet again I was disappointed by false promises of timely service and could not get my back in time after waiting in the dealership for more than 2 hours.. I missed very important client meetings and documentation for those meetings that were in my car. A more than last minute loaner did not solve the problem. I cannot understand routine service on a leased car with only 15,000 miles and no repairs other than a nail in one tire costing $850. More
