On the way to work my wife experienced one of those "New England potholes" and was stranded roadside 56 miles from the dealership with one call to Nathan Haugh in service she was all set, he offered to have a loaner car brought to her location and had a truck to her in 35 min. the car was delivered to the dealership and fixed that day, during this process she received two phone calls as well as two text updates on the tow trucks ETA, and making sure she was all set. Empathy and genuine caring can't be taught in a classroom or seminar, this Dealership and the people who represent it are by far the best. in the business. More

Above and beyond I never usually bring my car to the dealership because of previous experience with another dealership; but in this case i had to. The associate that assisted me not only made me feel as an elite customer but went above and beyond to help me with my car. After a simple request of a navigation update for whatever reason the car install did not fully work. Phi and the flagship team were determined to solve the matter. In the meantime they accommodated me with one of their courtesy vehicles until the problem was solved.
