I got serviced! Recently I had some problems with the volume in my Bluetooth in my 2012 Mercedes GLK. I happened to be coming back from the airport so I called Grace Recently I had some problems with the volume in my Bluetooth in my 2012 Mercedes GLK. I happened to be coming back from the airport so I called Grace Cosco in Customer Service. Instead of saying "Make an appointment", or "Do you have an appointment?", she asked when could I bring the car in? When I said I would be coming past in about 10 minutes she said then stop in now and come see her. She had one of the techs come right out to my car and he increased the volume thru the controls. Problem solved and Grace was able to minimize my wait for the car to be done. In addition, she arranged to have the car washed. Many places say they give good customer service, but Grace and Flagship Motorcars actually get it done properly. Hats off to them! More

I really loved BMW, but after seating down with Paul and some of the people on his team from sales reps, to the service team I know I made the best choice ever. First I walked into the dealership in sweats yes I said it sweats and I received 11/10 service not possible right nope, yes it is. That service Wow that's all I can say to sum it up from Grace up to Nate, thanks you guys for making me a happy customer every time I walk into your shop. More

I am incredibly impressed with Rich in the parts department. I needed a new tire and they didn't have this particular one in stock. Rich ordered one and told me it would be a couple of days. I needed the car for a business trip, and I asked Rich if there was anything he could do. He worked the phones, found the tire and got it all done in less than 24 hours. I really appreciate the extra effort that Rich gave to make me into a very satisfied customer. Thank you Rich! When I was shopping for my first Benz, I was introduced to Steve Schepici who then worked at Mercedes B which I have bought from Flagship Motorcars. After negotiating with Steve, I purchased a 2009 ML which I enjoyed prior to trading it in for my current vehicle. After Steve left Somerville and transferred to Lynnfield, it was an easy decision to follow him. When I was in the market, I bought my 2nd Mercedes from Steve because of his attention to detail and his level of quality service. There is no doubt when I am ready for my next purchase, I will purchase from Steve. I recently brought my car in for service. I was approached by Steven Bergeron who assisted me with my issues. I have to tell you that I was thoroughly impressed with Steve’s professionalism and his genuine care to ensure that my service appointment went flawless as possible.
