My car was looked at on a Thursday, I was told it would be ready Friday, got a message Friday saying it wouldn’t be ready until Monday or Tuesday and that was the last time I heard from the dealership I be ready Friday, got a message Friday saying it wouldn’t be ready until Monday or Tuesday and that was the last time I heard from the dealership I called Monday afternoon and asked for a progress report and was told it wouldn’t be ready till Tuesday or Wednesday I never heard from them on Tuesday, so I called Wednesday afternoon and was unable to reach anyone but the operator When I explained what was going on, after being unable to get through to service, I was told somebody would absolutely call me back No one did The next day was thanksgiving When I called Friday morning, I was told it was ready, and I could pick it up with no apology, no explanation no nothing More
