I had a problem with my Mercedes ML 350 and I called service at flagship and was greeted by a service advisor by the name of Renan. I told him my problem and he told me to bring the car right in right a service at flagship and was greeted by a service advisor by the name of Renan. I told him my problem and he told me to bring the car right in right away and they would as soon as I got there they would take a look at it and I did that and they fixed it and an hour later I was out of there , great service great attitude great people to work with More

I very much trust the service departments recommendations when repairs are needed. My check engine light came on and was repaired within 3 business days.
