We've recently moved to the area and had not established a relationship with a mechanic or dealership yet. We were told by a nearby mechanic that the transmission on our car went out. The timing was stressful for us as our young grandchildren were arriving to stay with us for 3 weeks and we needed reliable transportation. He referred us to Flatirons for a second opinion. We called Kyle and explained our situation. He got the car into the service department the same day, confirmed the transmission failure and helped us purchase a new car. The service department was thorough in explaining what they found and our options going forward. Flatirons had a total of 3 outbacks. Kyle was very patient with us as we thought through options and financing and referred us to Ian, who also provided stellar service. They were also respectful of our wishes to wear masks for covid precautions. More
