Getting work done at Flatirons Subaru is, weirdly, kind of an enjoyable experience. Staff is super friendly, the waiting area is really comfortable and sufficiently spacious for COVID times, and coffee is of an enjoyable experience. It may sound strange to say but I actually look forward to my periodic maintenance appointments at Flatiron Subaru in Boulder as, with no exaggeration, the waiting lounge reminds me of those first class ai to my periodic maintenance appointments at Flatiron Subaru in Boulder as, with no exaggeration, the waiting lounge reminds me of those first class airport years back with that clean, inviting environment -- and the coffee! . . . . yesterday was another wonderful experience with host Cesar Valdez who was so totally thorough and professional as he carefully addressed every single matter from the perspective of my best interests as to what I did/did not need for my 2000 Outback (btw, which I've loved for 20-some years) . . . and that video technician review is jaw-droppingly informative. I was extremely nervous regarding purchasing a new car. I saw one that I liked online-a Forester Touring. Kyle contacted me, we set up an appointment and I had my new car within 2.5 hours. I test drove it on my own and he answered all my questions. I’ve never felt so sure about buying a new car as I did with this one. Then a few days later, he set a meeting up with Riley, who went through all the bells and whistles and different settings. I asked if I could get tinted windows and Kyle set that up, too. And got me a loaner car so I didn’t miss any time at work. I never thought I would say this about the car buying experience, but it was great! Thanks Kyle! More
We recently traded in our 2005 Outback, bought new at Flatirons, for a pre-owned 2019 Outback. When I found the car I wanted online, I contacted the dealership and was connected to Kyle, who was outstan Flatirons, for a pre-owned 2019 Outback. I called on Wednesday, told him I wanted it on Friday, and we drove away early Friday afternoon in our new purchase. Kyle was extremely helpful with recommendations on warranties (the windshield warranty was the best! We got a rock chip before we even arrived home.). He was personable and never pushy. I would highly recommend him as a resource. Ian, the finance manager, was also very helpful & personable. More

Stay away from this place, I made an appointment to buy a car for my son, we were asked to be at the dealership at 5, we showed up an Zachary Beck was a no show, waited for 30 min until a different sales per car for my son, we were asked to be at the dealership at 5, we showed up an Zachary Beck was a no show, waited for 30 min until a different sales person came out and said the car was gone since early in the day, managers were a no show either, a polite sales person came and Fred Rudd became our new sales guy, we left a deposit for a car with hail damage and a need for a new bumper, I agreed to the price as the car had recently arrived (apparently) Fred asked me for a $500 deposit and put pressure by saying “there was some one else wanting to buy the car“, the next day they told me that the car had major issues and asked me to check with my mechanic on a list of stuff given to me that was found, the work needed was for over $4,500, plus hail damage and new bumper, Fred Rudd said $1,000 would be reduced from the price after knowing the car needed $4,500, plus hail damage plus a bumper, then Fred put pressure by saying “someone else wanted to buy the car”, a real scam, they kept my deposit for two weeks until I decided to call their accounting department after several attempts, once they saw I was pushing into legal ways to get my money back, they refunded the money within minutes. Unprofessional and fishy transactions, stay away! More
