In addition, Mark clearly knows the features, and specifications of each vehicle. His passion for the engineering and quality of the brand is evident in his knowledge and confidence of the BMW product. This is my third BMW and I put on average 30k miles a year on my car. Their product is on point, but the customer service you get at Flemington is even better. More

Just as a note, I received a lower quote on a 2015 model BMW from another dealer, but came back to Flemington because I so wanted to deal with them. As it turned out, they met the offer I received from the other dealer. Bill Hinton, my salesman, spent " hours" helping me to adjust to the features offered by my new 2015 750 LI BMW, including downloading my favorite CD's. He also shuttled me to and from the office and made sure I was connected with my Blue Tooth and my garage door opener. He could have been helping other customer and making other sales, but he made me feel like family. I never felt like I was just a number or a commission - that is extraordinary in this profession. That is why I go Bill the minute I walk in the door. More

Awesome car buying experience I checked with many dealerships for buying a convertible and finally landed with Flemington. Chris was very helpful right from the start. He explained me so well about each and every thing - packages, options, features, price etc and was super patient with me at all times. At first we didn't have a car that I wanted so he went ahead and ordered one for me from BMW directly. He walked me through the whole experience of selecting options for the car, the colors to choose, features to select and then placed the order for the car for production. With his help I was able to experience every step of car making right from ordering to production to shipping to tracking the car coming from Germany to NY/NJ and went all out of his way to get the car out of port the day it landed in NY/NJ. It was a surprise gift for my wife and I was able to get the car a night before her birthday. Amazing car buying experience, amazing car and super amazing Chris. Bill Hinton is a great sales person to work with. He sold me my last car and I was so glad to see him this time when I came in just to look around. Long story-short, I leased a car for the first time. We discussed lease vs. purchase, he answered a miriad of other questions, and we took a test drive. I had a wonderful day. More
