I just Bought a BMW 535 X drive from Flemington, NJ. Usually I don't trust Dealers, many of them are Scammer and play games with their customers. A Sales person called as Ryan was courteous, answered ever questions that I had about BMW, cost, etc. I told him I was thinking to buy a BMW soon, maybe in 6 months to 1 year. He was very attention with me and my boyfriend who is their customer for long time already. This week finally I bought my dreaming car. The client Advisor Jeffrey Schneider was wonderful. Jeff is very layback, made us comfortable answered our questions. He explained the features that BMW 535 X drive has with a lot of tranquility and No rush at all. Giving us a lot of his time. The entire team are very attention with their customers. I recommend this Dealership. I believe that they have been trained to be courteous, different of another Dealerships. I trust this Dealership. I was disappointed in another BMW dealer, where I purchased and serviced my car. I was told that it needed various repair work done which amounted to thousands of dollars. My service contract had re purchased and serviced my car. I was told that it needed various repair work done which amounted to thousands of dollars. My service contract had recently expired and I felt that these items should have been dealt with sooner while my service contract was still in force. I spoke with Scott Smith (sales), explained my discontent with a previous dealer. Scott convinced me that Flemington BMW was a very professional organization and could be trusted to service my two BMW's properly with my complete satisfaction as their ultiate goal. He took the time to speak with their service department and explained my displeasure with my previous service faciliy. Bill Wiedmuller, service, set up a date and listened very intently to my concerns. My wife's X3 always seemed to have hesitation while starting from a dead stop and didn't have a smooth transiton during the automatic gear transfer while driving. Bill kept me informed during the servicing time and once returned to us, the X3 ran better than it had the four years previous. I was extremely satisfied/happy and told Bill and Scott that they won me over with their excepional service, that they both afforded me. The care that they both exibited in helping me transition to their facility was extraordinary. My wife is happy and Flemington BMW is now my trusted service and sales center for my present and future needs. I recommend them very highly for anyone looking for an honest and pleasureable experience More

This is our fourth new vehicle leased from Flemington BMW, and the second with Gerry Vaughn. We found the dealership to be exemplary and porgressive with a very comprehensive team approach. From start to finish, Gerry spent an inordinate amount of time with us, explaining all of the new features of the vehicle, particularly the new state-of-the arts technology. On one occasion, when I stopped by to take a test drive, Gerry was unavailable;however, Tom Terrill accompanied me. I was most impressed with his patience, honesty and integrity as well as his willingness to answer all of my queries. The entire process at the dealership, from choosing the vehicle to the final delivery was totally awesome and stress-free. At no point, did I feel pressured to make a hasty decision. My husband and I have repeatedly found the staff to be very friendly, professional. knowledgeable and committed to the client. I love my new 2012 BMW X3. It was delivered to me in impeccable condition. Gerry, patiently went through all of the contents of the owner's manual. He spent a great deal of time on all of the new technology such as the navigation system, back-up camera and the entertainment features of the sound system. I was amazed at his patience, honesty, competency and ease with which he explained and operated the various sytems. For someone like me, who is "technologically challenged", this was exactly the approach I needed to understand the workings of the car. In closing, I'd like to also commend the service department. Throughout the years, service appointments have alway been scheduled around my convenience and availablity and the service was completed in a timely fashion. Moreover, whenever, I'd drop in for a minor issue such as having the tire pressure checked during seasonal weather changes or to have a light bulb replaced, the service team, particularly, Jim Hierl addressed my needs immediately. The waiting area is very attractive and inviting with all of the state-of-the art conveniences. I would recommend Flemington BMW and their accomplished and dedicated team without reservation. More
