In 2001 I purchased a new 325CI BMW. In February of this year, it was totaled in an accident. My previous experience with sales, service and the friendliness of the dealership in general led me back to Flem year, it was totaled in an accident. When I walked in the door, Scott Smith greated me. He showed me the cars, plus others. He was thorough in explaining the new BMWs compared to what I knew. I decided on a 2009 328ixdrive. As I needed the car fast, Scott ensured that the car was ready for me within the next 2 days. When I arrived, he had my keys on BMW keychains, and a soda waiting for me as I signed paperwork. He sat in the car going over all the features, answering questions, and even programmed the handsfree phone from my cell. He provided floor mats and a liner for the trunk. The car was spotless when I picked it up. Scott made it a very pleasant experience with his knowledge, friendliness and customer service. He answered my calls with questions after I picked up the car and was just as pleasant as he was prior to me purchasing the car. In fact, Scott called me to check on the car and my experiences with the car at the 6 month mark! It doesn't get any better than that. As I live in PA, friends tried to get me to go to a dealership in PA. I wanted to come back to Flemington BMW based on prior experiences. And Flemington BMW lived up to and far exceeded my expectations. I believe that had a lot to do with Scott!! More
