oil/filter change during pandemic I was concerned about coming in to the service center during the coronavirus, but perhaps due to that pandemic situation my service experience was BET I was concerned about coming in to the service center during the coronavirus, but perhaps due to that pandemic situation my service experience was BETTER than usual! Things seemed much less busy and crowded, more efficient, helpful, cleaner and well managed this time around. I chose to wait at the service center for the work to be done and everyone (staff and customers) was masked and social distancing as much as possible. Estimated completion time was close to perfect and I wasn't pushed to have extra work done though recommendations were made for the future. I would give this review 5 stars, but only gave 4 due to lesser experiences in the past. More

The service was clean and responsive but it took from 8AM until 4PM to diagnose an electrical malfunctioning module the controls the entertainment system. This same module was replaced o but it took from 8AM until 4PM to diagnose an electrical malfunctioning module the controls the entertainment system. This same module was replaced once before and the part was not in stock. It has been ordered but no one knows when it will come in. When it is replaced it will be the third one in less than 2 years. Alex is a full contact information type of service individual. He made me feel like I was his only customer and focused on my vehicle, a 2007 Audi. Needed a little engine work. He saved me a lot of money and he knew exactly what the car needed to run like new again. He also got a complimentary Uber back and forth. I did not need a loaner but was offered one. He made me feel special and he also directed me to Ryan Philbin at FJ Audi. We bought a car from Ryan. That was a tremendous experience and I highly recommend both of these individuals for vehicle assistance. Top-notch experts in their respective positions. More
