"New Car Sale"

Decided time to trade for new from 2010 Q5. Was thinking of other brands but though I'd use new Q5 as baseline to compare. The Sales Rep at FJ wasted no time in showing all options, narrowing down to a few and zeroing in on the best one for me for the price. I'm amazed at the time and energy she committed to me and the process. Long story short: I never checked out other brands. Drove out with new Q5 that day. No haggling, no upselling, etc. BUYING A NEW CAR WAS ACTUALLY A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. Never though I'd ever say that!
My experience with all the people at Fletcher Jones was fantastic. It could not have been better. Mandi was very polite and friendly over the phone and Tim Mettille went above and beyond for me during my visit to the service center. I was very appreciative of their courtesy.

Easy to work worth, completely customer focused, no hard sell, great people. Sales person needed to be slightly more versed on the capabilities of the car although not a big deal.
