Very professional I bought used Mazda for my tennage son who is starting college this year, i looked at few Mazda’s and I had it narrowed down to three dealerships of w I bought used Mazda for my tennage son who is starting college this year, i looked at few Mazda’s and I had it narrowed down to three dealerships of which two of them were Mazda dealerships one of which is local and another one bit further from where I live, before coming to fletcher jones I went and test drove but experience that after meeting with Ravinder at fletcher jones I changed my mind and decided to buy car from him instead for so many reasons: he had car ready all cleaned for me to test drive which was very convenient because I came straight from work at 7pm, second and most importantly he went over all the equipment that car had which I was surprised because Mazda dealerships that I visited prior coming to fletcher jones didn’t do great job, third after test drive paperwork, new plates were done within 30 minutes. I came in to the dealership at 7pm and I was out by 8:20pm . Overall I enjoyed working with Ravinder, he is awesome to work with with amazing customer service and very knowledgeable. More
