On the day of my appointment I was a little nervous but Mandi put me at ease and answered every question I had! There were several times when I didn’t agree with the numbers and Mandi and finance would go back to the drawing board until we all came to a comfortable agreement! After having experienced some negative and evasive answers at other dealerships, it was a breath of fresh air to meet the staff at Fletcher Jones. Their honesty helped us make a hard decision between a brand new 2018 and the exact car certified with only 5,000 miles on it. There was no pressure either way and there were no attempts to add after-market items to the deal. I started my transaction with a call to the dealership inquiring about a particular car in stock. Instead of pushing me to come in (as other dealerships did) to get the information, Joey Lama promptly emailed me the details of the particular car and responded quickly to questions. I immediately knew that I was working with an honest salesman who would give me straight answers. I came to the dealership within two hours and left that afternoon owning a new A4. We are very happy with the entire transaction. More

Went in for a tune up and came home with a new car When I brought my Audi A4 in for regularly scheduled maintenance I asked for a Q3 for a loaner since after surgery I felt it would be easier on my leg When I brought my Audi A4 in for regularly scheduled maintenance I asked for a Q3 for a loaner since after surgery I felt it would be easier on my legs aand I was thinking of getting an SUV.. I still had a year left on my lease. When the service rep told me I did get a Q3 for a loaner, I told him my story. He saw the low mileage on my A4 and immediately told me that sales could probably work out a great deal for me. He asked if I would like them to call me. I asked him to wait until I drove the loaner before making the decision to change models. I have been driving an A4 for over two decades. He called me midday with the report on my tune up and asked if I was ready to pursue a Q3. I told him I would be eager to talk to a sales person. I received a call from Ana and told her my story. She listened, asked what I wanted in a new Q3 and how much I would be willing to spend. She said she would work out a deal and call me back. In the meantime a discovered my loaner had developed a flat. I called it in. They has me call Audi Roadside Assistance. It was fixed within the hour. Ana called back. She offered me exactly what I wanted at a great price. I drove the loaner to the sales facility where Ana met me. I saw the car, said yes and did the paperwork quickly. I had a pleasant experience with the person who did all the paperwork. Ana then drove the loaner and I followed in my new Q3 to the service facility to change licence plates and transfer my possession. Of course I wasn't charged for tune up of the car had drove in with. The fees for the Audi Roadside Assistance tire change was also waved. All together starting with Ana, my service rep and everyone I could not be more pleased with this visit and still another purchase from Fletcher Jones. More
