The honest conversation you had the following day along with an apology was sincere and I can understand your sentiment in refusing to accept it. Time is valuable and we should have respected yours. Different states have registration and titling requirements which can cause long processing times which has sometimes resulted in dissatisfied customers. It is an additional risk when selling to out of state customers. Because of this and because of your recent experience, we are now implementing a process for out of state customers. Customer satisfaction and creating loyal guests is our commitment and though we fall short at times in providing that exceptional customer service, we make a conscientious effort to correct our behavior and implement better processes.
