Calming Experience While on vacation in Colorado...our 04 C320 had an issue with the alarm system. When the doors were unlocked with the fob the alarm would sound and ev While on vacation in Colorado...our 04 C320 had an issue with the alarm system. When the doors were unlocked with the fob the alarm would sound and eventually turn off. Had to use the valet key to enter the car. Very nerve wracking. Upon return in to FJI service dept where I met Mr. Laroyne Brown. Immediately took charge and ensured me that it woruld be repaired in a day or two. Which it was. He arranged for transportation to another destination and when the car was repaired (rapidly, the next morning) he ,again, sent a driver to pick me up for the return trip. Our C320 was serviced and the siren was repaired. All is well and no more fear of pressing the 'unlock' button on the fob. =) Laroyne was great...kept us informed as the repair progress etc. Very nice man and a pleasure to talk to. More
