Excellant Two-Year Service Experience. I took my Mercedes into Fletcher Jones (Las Vegas) this morning for the two-year maintenance service. I was prepared to wait at least 4 hours for thi I took my Mercedes into Fletcher Jones (Las Vegas) this morning for the two-year maintenance service. I was prepared to wait at least 4 hours for this service to be completed. However, to my surprise, the service was completed in 2 1/2 hours. My Service Consultant, David Miller, was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I decided to add the "Smog Test" to my service and Dave was able to do this for a nominal fee. Dave is very professional and should go far with his career at Mercedes. More

Only one thing I wasn’t happy about .When I received my car at the valet lounge I noticed my front license plate was bent on one side.I asked the gentleman who gave me a car about it.And his response was very careless saying:O that’s from the car wash. When I got home I noticed I lost two chrome caps When plate was bent. It is not big problem and I will fix it on my own but just made me feel bit disappointed. I sent the email to David Miller and he responded with offer to get back and he would like to take a look.Unfortunately I’m leaving overseas for a month. Again David Miller is a great.
