Tire/wheel problems We had a tire lose pressure and MB of Henderson discovered that the wheel was leaking, not the tire. They claimed that Mercedes Benz told them that we We had a tire lose pressure and MB of Henderson discovered that the wheel was leaking, not the tire. They claimed that Mercedes Benz told them that we must have hit a pothole. We never hit a pothole that I am aware of, especially hard enough to bend the wheel (also, the same tire was flat when we purchased the motorhome). We were required to purchase the new wheel on our own in spite of the 3 year warranty. MB of Henderson installed the new wheel but they were unable to put the wheel cover back on properly. After a 5 hour wait they gave us the valve stem adaptors and said they could not instal them as they were the wrong ones. (They were the same ones removed when the wheel failed). We then went to MB Fletcher Sprinter on Sahara in Las Vegas. Service was prompt. The technician (Miguel) was knowledgeable and installed the valve stems with the parts that MB Henderson said could not be used. From now on I will strictly use MB Fletcher and technician Miguel. At Fletcher Jones, Jason Cote took extra time to make sure all of my concerns were heard and taken care of for my vehicle. They covered parts under my warranty which my hometown dealership refused to cover. I also paid to have another alignment done because my home dealership had done it incorrectly. After having it aligned at Fletcher Jones, it drove straight as an arrow! They are always fast to respond and care a lot about their customers' level of satisfaction!
