Excellent Car Buying Experience Last month I was in an accident, totaled my car, and had to buy another car. I was dreading the thought of going to a dealer because, well, I just don Last month I was in an accident, totaled my car, and had to buy another car. I was dreading the thought of going to a dealer because, well, I just don't like to do it...the hard sell, etc. The last time that I was at this Las Vegas dealership I had a female finance person who really pushed me on the add-ons, and my next two Mercedes I bought elsewhere (Laguna Nigel and Bakersfield) because of that. I did not want to come back to FJ Las Vegas. I did some shopping on line, and found two cars that were very similar that I liked. The one 200 miles away was a few thousand less expensive than the one right here in my own city. I called Shai Winograd and told him if he could match the price I'd buy it in Las Vegas. He was really helpful. Did not try to upsell me, or tell my why his was better. I made an appointment for that evening, went in, test drove, and bought it. Shai was really helpful but not into the pressure game at all. I will definitely go to him again when it's time for another car for myself or the family unit. Similarly Ivan in finance was great. He was very helfpul, and again, did not push any hard sales. Hopefully I won't need a new car for a few years, but when I do I'll only deal with these two guys. Sally More

Getting engine light fixed Both John Sarantidis and the mechanic took the time to make sure was was truly setting off the Engine light.
