When I received the repair estimate, the price for the Flex B was $410 but when I came to pay it was much higher. Also, why am I receiving promotional discount for a car I no longer have. I have a $125 discount that I cannot use because it was for the other car that I traded in 2 years ago. More

After visiting many different dealerships on my car search, Fletcher Jones always surpassed my expectations. On our first time going in, we were met by Kevin who we test drove a couple c-classes with. He is very knowledgeable about all the cars and answered any questions we had. As young women/couple looking to buy a car, it was refreshing to meet a salesman and dealership who treated me and my boyfriend with respect. Kevin continued to stay in contact with me the next couple weeks and I finally found a 2015 c300 that I loved. It was my first time buying a car and despite my weird co-signer situation, Kevin and Doris made the entire process painless! We negotiated a fair price and they even helped me get a lower APR. Even now, when I have a question or concern about the car, Kevin is always there to help or set up an appointment for me.
