Warm and Caring From the minute I stepped onto the Fletcher Jones Imports lot I was greeted and asked if I needed help by the sweetest lady, Janae Steed. Janae helpe From the minute I stepped onto the Fletcher Jones Imports lot I was greeted and asked if I needed help by the sweetest lady, Janae Steed. Janae helped me in deciding between a GLS or a GLE. I thought at first that I might want the extra seating in the GLS. After thinking it through I decided on the GLE 350. Janae allowed me the time I needed in making my decision, without ever pressuring me. Over a two month period (I went out of town) I continued to ask questions via text and Janae continued answering them, even offering to go out and take pictures of different GLE's. I ended up with a beautiful AMG 43 and couldn't be happier! The day of the purchase Janae was out of town on training and we dealt with Sal (I'm so sorry I don't remember his last name) who was equally as helpful in our actual purchase. I left Fletcher Jones with a new a lifelong friend AND a beautiful Mercedes! More
