Be Careful When Dealing With Fletcher Jones I returned my lease and upgraded my car. Chris Monzo told me my bill would be a certain price. When I got home my bill was $800 more than he told me. Worst mechanic experience ever I am 54 years old, I got my 1st car when I was 15 an old Buick Opal my step dad bought for me for 150.00, I have been licensed since 16, I have never I am 54 years old, I got my 1st car when I was 15 an old Buick Opal my step dad bought for me for 150.00, I have been licensed since 16, I have never had a new car, always used cars, I have had over 40 cars in my life, currently own two, had 3 last year, one was a 95 mercedes c220. This is my 4th mercedes. I have never experienced anything like I have been thru with Fletcher Jones Imports, this is the worst mechanic experience I have ever had in my life. I have been to them 4 times in 6 months and spent close to $5000.00 dollars and my car, now seems worse then it did when I took it to them. Keep in mind when I took it to them spent 600.00 for minor repairs and a check up, car was running fine. Now car smells like gasoline, makes a ticking noise when you start it up, high oil level light came on the other day and today the check engine light came on and gave them 2200.00 dollars about a week ago, and 2000.00 3 weeks before that. More
