Almost every time, I have worked with the same folks (Steve Kaplan as GM, Ivan Hoff in Finance, Spencer Kaplan in service, Jay Fields in sales and Zack or Renee in training). It's obvious people love working there. I decided to downsize this time and felt no pressure whatsoever to remain in a larger car or more expensive lease.
