Exceptional Service I have been going to this location for approximately 2 years. The very first experience I had was exceptional and I have trusted them ever since. Ryan Cross is the absolute best he is very thorough, he tries to resolve all of my concerns even if it means having me talk the mechanic myself. . His customer service skills tells me that he puts me first all the times. He is a good listener, he empathizes and always have a solution. He is very very good at communicating so there is nothing hidden or unexpected at any point. He just make his job seem so easy. I told my sister that I will always drive a Mercedes because of the exceptional service I have experience at Fletcher Jones Imports-West Sahara. We are like family they always look out for me and my car. Totally Impressive. More

Shai Winograd IS THE BEST I came in just to test drive a few cars because I was in the area and in need of a new car. I wasn't expecting to get a car because I was by myself an I came in just to test drive a few cars because I was in the area and in need of a new car. I wasn't expecting to get a car because I was by myself and I have never bought a car by myself before. I was greeted by Shai Winograd who was a pleasure to work with. He let me test drive the cars I wanted in the colors I liked (which involved him moving several cars to get to it). He went out of his way and was very knowledgeable about each model and was not trying to sell a car but to help educate me about Mercedes Benz and each model I was interested in. After I test drove, we worked on lease options and he went over all the safety features Mercedes Benz offer. I felt very comfortable, not stressed and actually excited (which has never happened at a car dealership before). We negotiated on a few things and it felt fair on both sides. I felt like I got a really good deal and I ended up walking out with a new car!! Shai was a pleasure to work with and wasn't pushy but more helpful and made me feel confident on my decision. Ivan Hoff in finance was very helpful, professional and quick. He was thorough and help me understand everything I was signing and took his time. This was the best car experience I have every had because Shai Winograd Tom Zumbo and Ivan Hoff were there helping me and making me feel comfortable, instead of being pushy. More
