I have been coming to Fletcher Jones on Sahara for 20 years. I always have great service. My new service advisor LaRoyne is no exception! He is always available by phone and if it goes to voicemail he re years. I always have great service. My new service advisor LaRoyne is no exception! He is always available by phone and if it goes to voicemail he returns my call PROMPTLY! Thats important with my busy schedule! He took the time to call me with updates on my repair and let me know the additional service items that were needed as well as items that were needed but could wait. He also sent me a quick email with everything he talked about at my fingertips that I could look over and keep for future reference. I especially like that LaRoyne has an upbeat positive personality! I also used the valet service and Cody was very professional upon pickup as well as drop off and was on time. He called with updates and estimates of arrival times and did a thorough inspection of the exterior of my vehicle before driving it to the dealership. As always, I chalk up another great experience with Fletcher Jones Imports on Sahara! More

Dennis and service folks are always easy to work with, professional and keep me posted as to what is going on with my car! My ONLY issue is that I have a hard time making online appointments with Denni professional and keep me posted as to what is going on with my car!
