He really performed like he should have, which unfortunately deserves thanks as many in customer service have forgotten the simple things of their job: serving the customer. We were also provided a veteran discount on the services, which the cashier was very eager to assist with when we arrived to pay on-site. I am happy to say we will visit Fletcher Jones Imports shop again for necessary auto repairs! More
