Leasing a Brand New 2024 C300 Sedan from FJM but it’s a total LEMON. There is definitely something wrong with the braking System! The next day after arriving home my husband went to gas it up and the brake total LEMON. There is definitely something wrong with the braking System! The next day after arriving home my husband went to gas it up and the brakes went out and slammed into the back of another vehicle! This caused his car $7800 in damages and the new car we leased $8000 in damages. We towed our vehicle immediately to the dealer closest to us who said they couldn’t find anything wrong with the brakes. After driving it further, the brakes went out again! For the second time, we took it into the dealer, this time they had it longer and went through the car more thoroughly. Again, the dealer said the same thing that there wasn’t anything wrong. This vehicle jumps in and out of gear and doesn’t stop as it should! I do not feel safe driving it. Finally, we hired an attorney who said they would take on the case but needed three times to have the dealer to check the car out. We did that a third time. Once again, the dealer was sloppy and didn’t come back as promised saying they found nothing. Meanwhile, Fletcher Jones or their team will not return calls or corporate in anyway in of this. We are stuck with a LEMON OF A VEHICLE!!! More
came in on Friday August 1, 2025 about 2 hours before closing. I drove in a 911 Targa 4 GTS which is why I’m looking for a new car because I need a daily driver. But maybe not dressed as if I could affor closing. I drove in a 911 Targa 4 GTS which is why I’m looking for a new car because I need a daily driver. But maybe not dressed as if I could afford a vehicle from this dealership because the way things transpired. I came in and immediately started to joke with a the 5 sales people standing at the front doors ( so obviously not busy) and started to engage one. I told him I was there for the Mercedes S 63 AMG. The dealership only had one with a MSRP of over 210k It was in the showroom, my wife and I found the vehicle and we looked at. We sat in it, checked out the truck space, the luxury features and I was very excited. I asked the sales person about the horsepower and hybrid integration. He spit out some numbers of 605 horsepower combined and 550 on gas…WRONG, probably need to know the cars you are selling. But I looked past it because I already knew the correct information and I was going to buy the car. I realized it was inside the showroom and probably difficult to navigate out for a test drive. I asked the sales person, if there was another one out on the lot to drive. He replied no. So I asked him if I could drive it and he replied, that they were not allowed to test drive AMG’s. He then walked away and said he was going to see what he could do. A few moments a later, he came back and said I have a S580 for you to test drive. Totally and completely different car. I said I did not want to drive the S580 I wanted to test drive the car I want to buy and again he told me that no he would not allow me to test drive the car. The sales person went on to say that the vehicle has the same suspension and same comfort features. WRONG AGAIN. Completely different car. I told him I wasn’t interested in a different car. I want to drive the car I want to buy and I was leaving. I walked over to my car. My wife got in and I was so upset. I saw a sales manager who happened to be walking back in the parking lot. I stopped him and explain the entire situation and he was in complete shock that they weren’t allowing me to drive the vehicle to test drive to purchase. The sales person didn’t even try and stop me from leaving. The sales manager said to come back in he would make it right he even offered to discount the vehicle for the inconvenience, but at that point how can you discount anything to account for disrespect? My self respect has no dollar amount and you can not buy me. I went to another dealership and landed there within 10 mins of them closing. I explained what I just went through and they didn’t seemed shocked, which tells me this probably happens often. Continued to say that the way they treat people makes it so much easier for them to sells cars. No hesitation, they got the keys pulled up the vehicle, opened to door for my wife and I drove the car… I am headed back there today to buy the car from a dealership that actually treated me with respect. Read the reviews, yes they have 6.2k in reviews but read the ones that you may be subjected too, because if you don’t fit the mold of what they expect a Fletcher Jones Mercedes Customer…well you won’t be treated with respect. It really pains me to leave this review as I was the biggest advocate of Fletcher Jones and their after sales service until this week. Since 2023, I have purchased 3 Mercedes-Benz vehicles from FJ Merce biggest advocate of Fletcher Jones and their after sales service until this week. Since 2023, I have purchased 3 Mercedes-Benz vehicles from FJ Mercedes 2 S-Class variants and one AMG. Additionally I’ve facilitated the purchase of a Maybach SUV and 2 GLC350e’s for friends and relatives. The biggest benefit of living in LA and only shopping Fletcher Jones for my new vehicle needs, even though their Mercedes-Benz stores are not in Los Angeles and they aren’t the cheapest of all franchises, is the owners loyalty car washes that was promised to me at the time of purchase and which I would utilize at the friendly and impressive Audi Beverly Hills Service Center. This week, I went to book and Audi Beverly Hills nor Audi Fletcher Jones is available as a drop down menu to book my car washes. I called FJ Motorcars and they said that I’m not longer able to take my Mercedes to my closest Fletcher Jones franchise and I’m welcome to drive from LA to Newport Beach or Ontario for a car wash. The individual on the phone then transferred me to the head of customer experience and executive assistant to GM with whom I left a message and never received a call back or response. This feels like a bait and switch and I’m deeply disappointed. My VIP sticker that is a highly touted owners benefit during the sales process is worthless. I will never buy another car from Fletcher Jones again nor recommend them to my vast network that comes to me for car buying recommendations. What a shame. More

Five-Star Experience with Daniel DiConti at Fletcher Jones Mercedes-Benz Newport Beach I recently had the pleasure of working with Daniel DiConti and his assistant at Fletcher Jones Mercedes-Benz in Jones Mercedes-Benz Newport Beach I recently had the pleasure of working with Daniel DiConti and his assistant at Fletcher Jones Mercedes-Benz in Newport Beach, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I felt welcomed, valued, and in good hands. Daniel’s professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine passion for what he does set him apart from any other sales consultant I’ve worked with in the past. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through every step of the process without any pressure or sales tactics. His approach was consultative and honest, which made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. What truly impressed me was the seamless coordination with his assistant, who was incredibly responsive and organized. Together, they made the process efficient, whether it was scheduling a test drive, finalizing paperwork, or providing timely updates. Every detail was handled with care and precision. If you're looking for a luxury car buying experience that matches the standard of excellence Mercedes-Benz is known for, I highly recommend asking for Daniel DiConti and his team. They go above and beyond to make sure you leave with not just a great car, but a great experience too. More
CPO = Didn't mean a xxxx thing. I've purchased several cars from FJM over the years and this will be my last. After purchasing a gorgeous S580 (2021 CPO used) I immediately noticed I've purchased several cars from FJM over the years and this will be my last. After purchasing a gorgeous S580 (2021 CPO used) I immediately noticed a road vibration on my drive home that I didn't notice on the test drive (didn't get up to speed long enough). The next day I took it in to get fixed...they pushed back some, but ultimately took the vehicle in. A week later, they let me know the problem was fixed and it's ready for me. It only took a mere 10 minutes of driving away to realize the problem wasn't fixed -- still vibrating at speed (65-75mph). I took it right back and told them to call me when it's properly fixed. After another 3 weeks, they finally said it was fixed, something to do with the rims and having them repaired. The car drove smooth on the way home. Two days later I noticed the tires weren't holding air. After two months of ownership I decided to sell the car. Another local dealer was interested and when they inspected the car they determined it was in an accident and had been repaired. After they showed me where and how they could tell, sure enough I could see the repair work (though done pretty well). They used a 'paint coating thickness gauge' to confirm the area had been repainted. (I highly recommend anyone buying a used car purchasing one of these handy tools off of Amazon, it's well worth the $45 spend.) The dealership then rejected the car as not worthy. Purchasing a CPO from Fletcher Jones was in my mind a sign of quality I could trust. However, that couldn't be further from the truth. When I told my sales guy what happened, someone in the background huffed out; "it's a used car, we can't do anything about that." Well, I sure can...I can write reviews and share this terrible experience and the shady nature of FJM with others so they don't get duped. Don't get duped, get a Paint Thickness gauge and save yourself $8k (which is what I lost on this purchase). FMJ CPO/used cars are just like any other shifty used car lot...buyer beware! More

He responded fast and we set up an appointment to come and look at cars. I was met by his product specialist, Nick Rimanelli, who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I actually fell in love with one of the cars on the showroom and told James I wanted to start there. Nick showed me all the features on the car and we took it for a spin. We went to the lot to look a one other car that was similar. Nick told me to "go with my gut feeling' and I picked the showroom car. I'm extremely happy, James has been helping and my family for years and will do so in the years to come. Thanks! More
