unethical dealership, waste of time and energy Called on 12/9/2018 talked with Bill Raj, gave me a quote of monthly payments of $379 with 12k miles a year and he promised to get it lower if I go to Called on 12/9/2018 talked with Bill Raj, gave me a quote of monthly payments of $379 with 12k miles a year and he promised to get it lower if I go to the dealership. Bill called me the night of 12/9/18 to follow up w/ me and called me again the day after on 12/10/2018 and asked me to go meet him and he would give me a better “in house” quote that he can’t give it over the phone. Went down to the dealership, Bill wasn’t available and they referred me to Justin Smyres. Justin gave me a quote of $408 7,500 miles a year, and when I told him what Bill has promised me, Justin said reaction ”well that was not me Bill told you that” Furthermore when I showed him the paper quote that I got from Signal Hill M.B. Of $330 a month, Justin said “ you should go to Signal Hill” Very unpleasant experience, will share it everywhere with everyone More
