Chris remained until the very end when he very patiently helped me get the Apple features all synced and walked me through all of the other features. These two made the whole experience so hassle free and enjoyable. They've continued to keep in touch and always answer their phones directly, which was so helpful during the first few weeks when I seemed to find new questions daily. Difference is undeniable I have bought my CLS 550 at the Newport Fletcher jones but one but I decided to go to the Ontario fletcher jones to get serviced since it was closer t I have bought my CLS 550 at the Newport Fletcher jones but one but I decided to go to the Ontario fletcher jones to get serviced since it was closer to my house. After the service my car felt wobbly and the gear shifts were off. I contacted my regular service advisor Katelyn and she told em to bring it to Newport and get it serviced there. After she serviced it my car felt brand new. I definitely would recommend her to everyone I know and will never go back to Ontario or anywhere else to service my car. Thank you Katelyn! More
