Poor customer service! Don't go here! AWFUL Customer service! I will never try to do business with this dealer. Don't waste your time! You better go somewhere else! I am sure any other dealer will appreciate your money! I went to see a 2016 C300 to lease it, with over $5000 in cash as a down payment if needed and a credit score of 765. The sales rep sounded like a big lair to me but I really like the car so I stick around to take a look at my options. He keep bringing his sales manager, Cushman King, to deal with us witch I wasn't sure why he was doing that but I was ok with it since my husband and I have purchased 6 other Mercedes so I am very familiar with the process. When my husband asked Mr. King several key questions, that I guess he didn't want to answer, he was extremely rude to us and talk to us very disrespectfully. He told me he would only give me the final price If I was committed to purchase the car that same day, if not I needed to look at their prices on the internet, witch we all know those are not the final prices! So no help at all! We explained that I needed to see the pricing before committing because I also had in mind a Range Rover Evoque. He told us we were shopping around that he was not going to help us! Like I have mentioned before I have purchase 6 other Mercedes in the last 9 years but nobody talked to us like this. I totally believe they are racist because we are Hispanics! I received 3 phone calls after we left. One from the sales rep giving us the final price, and two other managers apologizing about the poor customer service and asking us to return to the dealer and make a deal. Of course we didn't! We ended up leasing a Brand New 2016 Range Rover Evoque SE Premium from Land rover down the street from Fletcher Jones, that I am sure they did appreciate my $49,000! I just wanted to write this review because I wouldn't want anyone to experience what we experienced. More

Before I met with her, I remember my boyfriend telling me that sh I have never written a review for someone as Christine Nolden will be the first one. Before I met with her, I remember my boyfriend telling me that she begged him to write a positive review about her. She was so afraid for getting a bad review from other people and in order to make up for it she begged my boyfriend to write her a positive review (she was so afraid that she would get fired). Reading any positive reviews here makes me wonder how many people she begged just like she did to my boyfriend? Couple of months later I went to meet with her and possibly buy the CLS 550 we had for lease. We wanted to buy if it's a good deal and as soon as we found out that the interest rate was too high, we didn't want to buy the car simply because we paid for it leasing certain amount of money and buying it from this point on was going to be more expensive than buying the car brand new after the interest the bank gave us. She was so so rude to us for not wanting to buy as I explained. As you can see she doesn't care about your payments, opinion and decisions and what's better for you. She cares about her commission forgetting about the time she had you as a costumer. My boyfriend unfortunately has been leasing and buying cars from her for many many years up until she felt so comfortable where she allowed herself to act as she pleases to. She yells, she is rude, cold, and lies. She hung the phone on my boyfriend when he asked her "Are you yelling at me!?" Her whole demeanor and the way she talks to you is just not acceptable. She will try to be friendly with you only if you end up buying or leasing. As soon as you change your mind or cancel the deal, you will see her real face. After so many years buying and leasing from her, finally now we were able to see her real face. It was unbelievable! I felt that I was in a trashy place getting a cheap service. I couldn't believe that this was happening at the Mercedes Benz! Yes, the number one selling in the world! She promised to not charge us for the loner car and as soon as we broke our deal with her she broke her promise. Well Christine you will do this to us only once because you will never have the chance to work with us again. Stay away from her is my best advise! I think she has some kind of connections there. There is no way she can stay there this long with this attitude. Christine Nolden please stop begging people to write positive reviews about you. Instead, learn the ways how to earn them yourself. That's the way to go! More

Worst Experience At a dealership I rarely bother to spend time to write negative reviews, and try my best to take the high-road, however after the past two weeks dealing with your New I rarely bother to spend time to write negative reviews, and try my best to take the high-road, however after the past two weeks dealing with your Newport Dealership, I can no longer stand back and say nothing as a women being treated so poorly. I was so excited after buying my first Mercedes and after taking it for a service visit, I was shocked at how unprofessionally my situation has been handled. I was taken back to the 50's when women were barefoot and pregnant and talked to like a five year old. It was not until my husband showed up something was done. The service consultant told me he was ashamed at how poorly my situation had been handled. Today I once again showed up hoping to pick up my car and was instead presented a barrage of excuses and finger pointing (conveniently people who were gone for the day). As I walked out of the dealership another women stopped me to let me know she witnessed the way I was being treated and had a similar experience. Saying Im disappointed is an under statement. I have referred many of my clients to this dealer as its down the street from my office. After what I have gone through (and still am) I will never step foot in there again. I have no idea what they define "good service" as but the standards are low. Its unfortunate they dont seem to care enough to even attempt to help you, instead I had to come up with solutions and escalate things to try to get my situation dealt with. Today was the final straw for me, as I finally realized this is just how they operate. The first time, I let it go, the second time I was frustrated but helped think through a solution (even though it totally inconvenienced me) today was just complete carelessness and an example of a dealership operating off old school principles. I should not have to get my husband involved to be taken seriously. I have had multiple people pull me aside and personally apologize and yet my situation is still unresolved and Im left holding the bag. Unacceptable on every possible level. Bree and Justin were the only two that tried to help me and I am greatful for them. More
