Our Experience with Fletcher Jones Motorcars While I do not normally find ANY experience with ANY automobile dealership to be pleasant, I must relate that concerning my recent experience with Fle While I do not normally find ANY experience with ANY automobile dealership to be pleasant, I must relate that concerning my recent experience with Fletcher Jones Motorcar, John Ellegard was an absolute pleasure to work with. He displayed an honesty and simple trustworthiness that has become unusual in our society, and as such made the experience nothing less than delightful. He asked what our needs (more accurately, wants..) were, and told us that he would do everything he could to fulfill our desires. He explained that Fletcher Jones Motorcars retains only the finest 20% or so of used vehicles, and proved it (in our minds, at least) by showing us several candidates, starting with a 5 model year old C300 in red that was gorgeous, and I mean xxxx NEAR SHOWROOM quality. 59K miles, approximately $24K which puts it in the same price range of a Honda, an important price point for we mortals. We are happy people. We now have a very nicely performing, fun motorcar, which we can afford. We are grateful. We will tell every person that we know to go to Fletcher Jones Motorcars to get a Mercedes Benz. I should also tell you that the positive attitude displayed by all the employees was deeply noted. I even asked random employees, “Why are you people so happy???” Everybody responded with various affirmative answers, and none of them were contrived. Somebody in management appears to be doing something right. We are happy with our experience, and we will share this impression with others in our lives. I trusted their prices and I purchased my vehicle from them; however later I found out that other dealers offer the same vehicle for lower price, so I went back and ask them if they can do anything about it. At least offer half of the discount that other dealers had offered me by installing TV for my car. However they did not agree. The personal experience with the sale rep, Dan Dodgen was not bad since he tried to help me; however I was not treated right by Scott Ribble (Guest Experience Manager) which was very disappointing. I was in So Cal for a few days taking my niece and nephew to Disneyland and on our way out of town Thursday night a tire blew. I was able to get into the dealership at 7 am the next morning. My service writer Richie was amazing! He went out of his way to put my car in as an emergency repair. He took extra steps to make sure the repair was covered by my wheel/tire warranty and I left within a couple hours with a brand new tire and a fresh clean car! I would absolutely use them again when in town. More

Not only was the deal amazing to begin with, but I got an equally amazing treatment with a free 1 year extended warranty and the fletcher jones "treatment package" which includes free weekly washes and transportation to some places like John Wayne Airport. I went to fletcher jones expecting to have good hospitality, but was blown away by how far and beyond they went. Great salesman, great dealership. I will be back for my next Mercedes. More
