Awesome customer service above and beyond I had an issue on a late Friday after noon about a week ago where my rear hatch on my GL450 would not engage so the car was not secure. This made me I had an issue on a late Friday after noon about a week ago where my rear hatch on my GL450 would not engage so the car was not secure. This made me nervous. I called my usual dealer and they could not, or would not get me in until Monday. I told them that I felt unsafe with my trunk not closing and needing to drive it around. No luck. I called Fletcher Jones and not only did they get me in that day within 2 hours, they gave me a loaner car as well. Larry Crecilius was awesome! I kept the loan over the weekend and my car was ready Monday afternoon. They have that saver's card too which helped with the cost. When my car hatch turned out to have another problem post repair (would no open to full capability), Larry came to my place and figured out how to fix it when we weren't able to figure it out over the phone. He went above and beyond and these guys have my business from this point on. More
