Making Lemonade out of lemons I had my ML350 towed to Fletcher Jones Collision center for an estimate to repair after a violent rear end collision. Kasuc took excellent care I had my ML350 towed to Fletcher Jones Collision center for an estimate to repair after a violent rear end collision. Kasuc took excellent care of me from start to finish, including dealing with my insurance company. They deemed my car a total loss and Kasuc sent me to James Sullivans sales team. 2 days later I was in a beautiful ML350. I never considered buying anything else as this car saved my life and prevented serious injury. The entire team at Fletcher Jones made a frightening event much easier to deal with. More

We appreciate the email confirmation, as well as the email and telephone reminders the day before our appointment. (I apologize that I don't have her name in front of me right now, but the young lady who scheduled our service appointment was excellent and helpful.) Richie is a true professional. Friendly, efficient , thorough, classy and a great listener. To us, our 100% satisfaction was his total and main focus. We are extremely happy with Richie, as well as our FJ experiences from Day One when we entered the dealership, again. We appreciated that Richie spoke to us in hushed tones so everyone in the waiting area didn't overhear our business. Richie checked in with us a few times with status reports. He is very considerate and respectful of our time and schedule. And, the Barista, all smiles at 8 am, made our morning (and he makes a great double decaf espresso!). FYI: Please be flattered that, while the FJ level of excellence is high and constantly improving, we are working on modeling our staff after FJ, which is the best-trained staff around. The loaner dept through Enterprise is always friendly although they were very backed up this time and the walt time was about 45 minutes. I still give 5 stars as Katelyn is the best and you can see the loaner department hustle to get everyone taken care of. More
Shady I dropped off my car at 8:30 AM to get it serviced but called 15 minutes later to cancel. The operator confirmed that it was canceled so when I arrived at the FJ Mercedes at 9:00 AM, I expected to pick up my car and not be charged. Lo and behold- my service advisor, Steve Bates said they were 80% done with my car and service cannot be stopped halfway through. It is now 10:15 AM and I am still waiting for my car.... 80% done in 30 minutes? But it's taking the service department an additional hour and a half to finish the other 20%? I call xxxxxxxx. Of course there was the, "it's out of my hands. Let me see what my service manager can do." They both proceeded to laugh and say, "if that were my lease, I wouldn't have gotten it serviced. Had I known it was a lease, I would have advised you not to get it serviced." - Steve Bates, title: SERVICE ADVISOR For such an elite establishment you would think they wouldn't use such shady "used car salesman" tactics. Do yourself a favor and go to Keyes Mercedes in Van Nuys. It'll be worth the trip! It is now 10:45 AM and I'm still waiting for my car which was supposedly "almost complete" at 9:00AM - 15 Mins after I had called to cancel. More

I am over the moon happy with my choice.! Irwin Feuerstein delivered my car, a GLK 350 Automatic literally to my doorstep the next morning - I live in Solvang - 250 miles away.... new car arrived just as I was finishing my first cup of coffee!!! Service at its best! irwin patiently spent the morning explaining in detail all the fine features of the car to me. I have not purchased a new car in 15 years .
