Excellent Dealership Company I reside in L.A. County (Inglewood), however, I prefer the service at Fletcher Jones. My Service Advisor, John Calvert is always professional and thou I reside in L.A. County (Inglewood), however, I prefer the service at Fletcher Jones. My Service Advisor, John Calvert is always professional and thoughtful, keeping me abreast of the mechanical issues of my car. When picking up my car on Sat., 03/28/15, I had a bit of a setback. Traffic was extremely thick, which caused me to arrive at Fletcher Jones at 1:10 pm. By the time I got the rental checked in and made it to the Cashiers, lights were out, and the remaining two CSC were walking out the door. The last gent went back to his computer and said "he'd check me out." I was so grateful and appreciative of him actions, that I cried as I drove off. What he didn't know was that I am recovering from a Stroke, and that morning was extremely difficult for me as I was not feeling well. His simple act of kindness made my heart feel better. I don't remember the young man's name, but his Clerk ID # is 501. This is why I drive almost 50 miles to FJ because of outcomes like this. . .the people. More
