Making Lemonade out of Lemons As an existing customer of Fletcher Jones, and having worked with Dean Pontikos on the lease of our GL450 three years ago, I did not think anything co As an existing customer of Fletcher Jones, and having worked with Dean Pontikos on the lease of our GL450 three years ago, I did not think anything could beat our prior experience with both; I was wrong. Dean was instrumental in helping me surprise my wife (whom just recently completed her surgery and treatments for breast cancer) with a new E400 convertible. So, I was able to turn-in the "Mommy Mobile" and now my wife is cruising around in the "Fun-in-the-Sun Mobile." Just as important to me, Dean and I closed the deal and signed papers in less than an hour!! We then surprised my wife a few hours later and Dean and Lina Fayyad treated her like royalty as they introduced her to the car. Breast cancer sucks, but it has helped our whole family appreciate the gift that each brand new day brings. Dean and the folks at Fletcher Jones just made it more fun and enjoyable for both of us. From the moment I called, Tommy Tran, and his associates Derek, and Matt provided the complete white glove treatment, making the entire experience a true pleasure. The dealership itself is beautiful, and quite large, but they made me feel right at home, seeing to my every comfort during the time I was there. Within just a couple hours, Matt was helping me pair my phone with my new vehicle, and move my personal items from my old Mercedes into a gorgeous new one. Dale, the charming and distinguished general manager, even took time out to come and talk to me, and Andreas in Finance managed to process my paperwork with speed and efficiency, answering my questions (there weren't many with this synergistic team), with obvious knowledge and intelligence. The entire experience was so amazing, I immediately referred them to a friend who is also in the market for a new vehicle.
