Service Adviser Review I have to say I was very impressed with my Service Adviser today when I had to have a tire repair taken care of. I did not remember that I had taken I have to say I was very impressed with my Service Adviser today when I had to have a tire repair taken care of. I did not remember that I had taken out the Safeguard Tire Warranty but Steve Bates was kind enough to look that up for me & tell me that I had this in place, which saved me a few hundred bucks & for that I am grateful. Had this been done the last time I had a tire replaced, I would have saved even more. I would recommend that all Service Advisers follow this lead & take an extra minute to look this up for their clientele so that they feel 'taken care of' even more than they already do. While it may be my responsibility to know what coverage I have, that is wishful thinking & not realistic for me, so I thank Steve for his diligence & I will recommend others to FJMB, especially if all Service Advisers do the same for their clients! :-) Thank you! Best dealership ever! I recently brought my vehicle in for servicing, and due to some software updating, the vehicle was not ready when promised. I had a 4 day out of town I recently brought my vehicle in for servicing, and due to some software updating, the vehicle was not ready when promised. I had a 4 day out of town trip planned. No problem. I was given a loaner and told to returned it whenever I returned to town. Salesman, Joey Gulo, and service advisor Steve Bates are why I continue to return to Mercedes. First Time Mercedes Benz Owner!!!!!! I have to say my intent was not to buy a Mercedes and keep my Ford F-150 Platinum SuperCab fully equipped, however after moving here from another stat I have to say my intent was not to buy a Mercedes and keep my Ford F-150 Platinum SuperCab fully equipped, however after moving here from another state I soon found out my truck would not fit in the garage. I am impressed by the sales staff especially Pon, Eric and Bradley Cooper who eventually sold me my 2012 E350 Cabroilet. What a cream puff! All the cars I had looked at were pristine and better yet all of the sale people that I dealt with know the product very well. I cannot forget to recognize Jason who delivered the car, another example of knowledge, patience and professionalism. I did a lot of research on Mercedes dealerships and Fletcher Jones by far out weighs the two I passed on the way from my home to Fletcher Jones. I never felt pressured, in fact Bradley certainly accommodated a 7 year old boy who was a trooper in the car buying process(Even though he was sad to see our F-150 depart us). The most important fact is we are returning to purchase a 2015 GLK for my wife as she fell in love with the practical features and by far safety of a Mercedes. I was greeted by Daniel who turned me over to Tom t Where do I begin................I bought my very first MBZ on Friday 2/28/15 from Daniel Di Conti. I was greeted by Daniel who turned me over to Tom to take me and show me cars in my price range. Buying a car is fairly stressful but Tom just talked to me and did not try to "sell" me. He was very patient with all my crazy questions and listened to me ramble but he was so accomodating! After picking out a car we took it for a test drive and I was hooked. Now the hard part (or at least that's what I thought) about negotiating price. This was actually the easiest process (and quick) that I have ever been through. I came armed with prices and ads from other dealers and questioned Daniel on several areas of concern. I can't tell you enough how patient, professional and kind he was in answering anything and everything. When all was said and done, I feel I was quoted a fair price (even great) price on my car along with my trade in. He even got me an incredible APR and I also purchased an extended warranty (2 years). After agrreing on terms Daniel brought me over to Andres (ask him about his dog as he is a proud dog owner). I had "fun" just chatting with while he showed me the paperwork and hwere I needed to sign. I couldn't believe how quick the whole process was and the next thing I know, Daniel and Tom are thanking me and I gave them both a hug and then got in my awesome car and drove home. Behind the nice facade. We recently took our car in for service here at Flecther Jones Mercedes-Benz and had a very disappointing experience with its service department. This dealership (Fletcher Jone Mercedes-Benz) behind its nice facade is really a wolf masquerading in sheep's clothing. Our original estimation for our bill was $390.00 but in the end came out to over$2,500.00! The play between mechanic and service advisor here is to sell you up on repairs you don't necessary need or can hold off on till perhaps the next time or maybe even not at all. If you are elderly or an immigrant; they may profile you and take advantage of you and try to sell you up on services you may not need. Please think twice before coming here. More

Dishonest Dealer Sales Managers specifically Jame Sullivan is a lier. I do not expect this type of behavior from any car dealership specifically from Mercedez. I have two mercedez now and Hoehn Mercedez and Mercedez Benz Escondido, mercedez Laguna Niguel are lot better. At dealer are human being not a fraud .. I had to buy my GL 550 from them as I ordered with some money down and faced this lier during delivery. I never went back last 2 years. I even changed my number plate, do not want to advertise any bad dealer. I was looking some review but do not know how many are actual buyer. Now a days anyone can put anything on blog. You can come to my house 17309 Eagle Canyon Pl San Diego 92127 to see my two Mercedes. I owned three Mercedes and experienced 5 dealers. Found fletcher Jones the worst. I paid $100k for GL550 .. I don't mind paying for what is worth but I do mind doing business with dishonest and lier like James. More
