This is Really a Great Dealer! We had purchased a new 2011 MBZ E350 from Fletcher Jones previously, and had been happy with the dealership itself (not so much the sales person that We had purchased a new 2011 MBZ E350 from Fletcher Jones previously, and had been happy with the dealership itself (not so much the sales person that we worked with). So with 115k miles on it, we decided to get another, and went back to FJ. We were dealing with a sales person to begin with (who will remain unnamed) who appeared to want to work for us, but then we had a negative experience with him over the phone. I decided to contact the manager over this rather than just go to a different dealer, as we really liked the FJ dealership in general. So I spoke to Cushman, who got us in touch with Joey Gulo and boy am I glad that he did. Joey worked for us. Unfortunately we could find nothing that fit the criteria that my wife was interested in, so we wound up ordering a car from the factory with just what the wife wanted. Yes, it took a little time to get it, but what do you expect when ordering from Germany! It was delivered to us after New Years when we returned from our vacation, and even Irwin that brought the car out to us in Yucaipa was wonderful! Fletcher Jones, you have earned our business.
