Didn't want my business! First let me start by saying that I have purchased 2 cars at Fletcher Jones. I just recently traded in my lease on my SLK for another SLK. The previ First let me start by saying that I have purchased 2 cars at Fletcher Jones. I just recently traded in my lease on my SLK for another SLK. The previous sales person was no longer there so I dealt with Dan and Mike. The purchase went pretty smooth. About one month later, my husband decided he wanted to purchase a GLA. We went in and test drove with Mike. Afterwards he jotted down some numbers and gave us the standard price. It was high and we said so. Zero effort was made to work with us so we left. I thought I would give them another chance and called Mike to let him know we were definitely interested in the GLA we test drove. In fact I said, we want to purchase/lease it before year end if they can give us a fair price. He wanted us to come in again but I told him we were just there and already test drove and know what we want. He said he needed to get to an office and would call me back. Well it's been a couple days and I never heard back. We bought a mercedes at another dealership as we needed to purchase before year end. I realize we were not buying an expensive car but given that I am already a customer and this would be my third car purchase there, I would expect better service. Not only did they lose business on this purchase, when our lease is up on both cars, we will be looking elsewhere. I guess they don't need the business. More

He even helped with my lease from another dealership last time....so, he earned my trust/respect. He and his team are responsive and won't try to pressure/up-sell me, unnecessarily, and I appreciate his entire team's straightforwardness. This time, since I had a bad case of sore throat, he even did all of his transaction via emails, which was much appreciated.....AND....even delivered the car to be in Beverly Hills, letting me do all the paperwork at my home. It was one of the least stressful car purchasing/leasing experience I've ever had.
