Every staff member that I came in contact with was friendly & extremely helpful, beginning with a prompt & gracious greeting by Gary De Angelo. My salesperson, Christine Nolden, was extremely knowledgeable & took time to explain every detail of the car to me. She provided intelligent & honest advice & her excellent service continued after the sale. I realized several days later, that my sunglasses were missing. I made a call to Christine & not only did she recover my sunglasses from my trade in vehicle, but she immediately fedexed them to me. Nejib Belhedi, in finance, was truly pleasant & made writing out the check as painless as possible :) So glad I made the drive from Marina del Rey to Newport Beach for superb service & the perfect car!!! By the way, if you want to save money, please bring the car to Fletcher Jones because I saved $50 for my service. If you want to buy the car, you want to ask for Christine Nolden. She will give you the best price. She will follow up with you after you buying the car. She wants to ensure you have a right car and provide what you need. If I buy another Mercedes car, I will definitely go to Fletcher Jones. More

Adding a second car I filled out credit app's ahead of time to avoid spending long periods of time at a dealer. I have always had a great experience with this dealer and this purchase was an equally great experience. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They worked with me to get the car I wanted and I am so happy with my purchase. The process was so smooth and so easy. I've always had my 1999 430E serviced at this dealership and that experience has always been excellent. I continue to be impressed with how this firm treats their customers and how that philosophy runs throughout the whole organiation. More
