I got to this center because of Tony Irvani I actually have gotten my cars from different dealerships from house of imports to Caliber to Rosnak but I take my cars to Flecher because of this guy I actually have gotten my cars from different dealerships from house of imports to Caliber to Rosnak but I take my cars to Flecher because of this guy. I've had Steve Bates through all three cars and your service has never been anything but spectacular. Fred was my salesman this time and I think he was as excited as I was about the new CLA I leased. That was the most fun I've ever had buying a car! He was sincere and thoughtful and I thoroughly enjoyed the two hours from start to finish! Never mind the car is just a dreamboat....I highly recommend FJ Mercedes and I'll be back in three years! Thanks! More

Best car experience ever! Stopped by on my lunch hour to check out the preowned 2012 GL450 models on the lot and was greeted by Paul Gulo. He was great! He showed me what they had available, gave me his business card and I made an appointment to bring my husband in the following day. When we arrived we were greeted by Paul and introduced to his assistant Libby Alligood. Paul and Libby showed us the vehicles that I had looked at the day before and a couple others that had just arrived on the lot. Libby took us out to test drive the GLs - she was so knowledgeable of the vehicle and it's performance. We ended up driving home in a beautiful GL450 and we didn't even have our trade-in with us. It was such a no hassle experience, it was wonderful. Paul Gulo and Libby Alligood were awesome to work with and the service we have received from Fletcher Jones has be GREAT. We will be recommending Fletcher Jones to our family and friends when they are in the market for a new vehicle. Pamela More
