From the moment I walked on to the sales floor "Joey Gulo" and his "knowledgeable" assistant "Libby Alligood" greeted me and made me feel like family and made car shopping an absolute enjoyable experience. My family has been purchasing cars from Fletcher Jones for over 10 years now and they have continued working with Joey and Libby who both are very qualified and amazing people to work with. The day of pick up always seems to be a long day but he showed tremendous fortitude and patience as we worked though some issues with a trade in. Ok - So in the past year I've had 2 great sales experiences with James Sarvey and this time I wanted to check out service since my CLS55T0 needed an "A" service. Please note that I live in Cardiff experiences with James Sarvey and this time I wanted to check out service since my CLS55T0 needed an "A" service. Please note that I live in Cardiff which is 62 miles South of FJ Mercedes - but I had to give service a try. Pricing is great since the local dealers were 2x the price for the "A" service at FJ but to drive 120 miles round trip to save a few bucks was not the intention. I called on a Sunday - yesterdsy - to make an appointment and we treated so professionally and was gives a 9:20 AM Monday - today - time - in addition I was told to print out the $40 off saving coupon on the web site - I was immediately emailed a confirmation and I was all set. FJ is a class act - they check you in when you drive up and right at 9:20 Adam Gedik comes out to greet me and welcome me to FJ - the experience was the best service experience that I have ever had and I've owned 7 Mercedes - my hats off to Adam, the cashier, the valet and all the other extremely friendly and professional personnel at FJ Mercedes. I also had the chance to see and chat in the showroom with James Sarvey - I have my eyes on the new S class - FJ is hard to beat and now I'm ma service customer. More
