She told me, “just try it, you might like.” I was VERY resistant to even drive to the dealership, though agreed in the end to visit Fletcher Jones Mercedes. The entire experience was amazing, so amazing that I walked out with a brand new car in less than 3 HOURS!!! From the moment we walked onto the property, everyone was so pleasant and friendly. There were several staff members welcoming us to complimentary coffee, bottled water, and asking if we needed help. I never felt judged or belittled for looking or dressing a certain way (I just came from the spa and had on my yoga clothes. I received a micro peal therefore my face was super red). Once we got into the show room, we were helped by Rick Kilenkas, part of the Hale Group. Not only did Rick and his entire team have patience for me and my closed mind attitude to even purchase a Mercedes, but they were straight forward, honest, and got me the most for my money. I honestly have to say, the only reason why I purchased a Mercedes, is for the sole purpose of it coming from the Hale Group. They are the Nordstrom’s of cars, excellent customer service!!! I will definitely refer my friends/family to Hale Group, at Fletcher Jones!!!! More

After going to 3 different dealerships and not getting the deal that I wanted, J.B. worked hard with his managers en representative J.B. Siribandan. After going to 3 different dealerships and not getting the deal that I wanted, J.B. worked hard with his managers ensuring I left with the SUV (GL-450) and the price I wanted to pay. Even months after the sale, he answered any questions I had. I was so impressed with his service, that I recommended him to my sister in law. He also gave her a great deal. I HIGHLY recommend asking for J.B. next time your looking to buy a car. You won't regret it. More

Once we arrived, our service consultant Richard (or "Richy") was notified of our arrival. We saw the whole thing. He acknowledged the guy and kept typing away at his computer for another 4 minutes. We were told they would look at the warranty issue and also look at the tire issue. We had to wait way too long, 45 minutes, for a 'loaner' car. I started noticing people who arrived in the waiting area after us getting their names called. I talked to three people before someone was able to realize that somehow I was skipped and/or they never called my name in the waiting area. Once we returned, they told me all the time they had it (almost a whole day) they weren't able to find out the source of the noise or fix it. When I asked them what was next on their plans, they wanted me to bring it back. Why am I even taking it if it still needs to be looked at? So now I'm waiting for them to bring my car, and again, a long wait. I step outside because the dealership is closing and there isn't a lot of people at this time, to find my car parked in a dark spot, ignition on with the key, sitting there with a door open and no one around for miles. I wasn't sure if it was mine because of the license plate frame but then I saw my license plate frame on the top of the trash! Luckily it was filled and my Alumni license plate frames were on top. So I posted my review and experience on another popular review website and they began to call me repeatedly on my cell phone. When I finally called back, in a very patronizing and sarcastic tone, Mellisa basically never even apologized and merely stated that it was not their practice to leave guests with such experiences. That's it. No apology or even admission of what happened, even though our service consultant did. Then I get another call to my cell phone from someone else and the same thing - very patronizing attitude, to a paying customer! Unbelievable. I can only imagine if there was something serious wrong with my car! More

I knew I needed more repairs on my car (hey, it's old!) and so I decided to give Fletcher Jones another try since I was so happy the last time. Last time I got the feeling that everyone was smiling and not just when you were looking. So this time, I made a point of taking notice. Yep - it's true, everyone that I encountered has a smile on their face. I am certainly not their typical customer with a highfalutin new car plus I'm very cost conscious but this has not stopped them from treating me as if I was about to spend $200k! Once again Dan Schmidt was an outstanding Service Advisor. If you're in need of an excellent Service Advisor ask for him!! My car is running so smoothy thanks to the expertise of Mitch Montegut. Brandon Mahoney checked me in for my rental car and despite being super busy he was super friendly and patient. Elise Tomas from Enterprise was very helpful in getting me situated in the rental and upon my return happily helped me get some information I needed. Over the course of 2 weeks between various repairs and new tires I spent $2.5k. One would not think that paying the last big chunk of that would be pleasurable but the cheerfulness and professionalism of Juan Gonzalez made writing that check easier! Jose Duarte and his Valet Staff were all friendly and quick with a smile. Also, I don't know who washed my car this time or last time but seriously it's a beautiful job and I am soooo appreciative. If you are like I was and thought going to the dealer isn't an economically smart option for a car out of warranty, I urge you to reconsider. In the case of Fletcher Jones Mercedes-Benz, my previous opinion has been proved wrong. The cost is reasonable, the quality high and the service outstanding - how can you lose?! More

Over the last week we were shocked to deal with their customer service dept. we have never been treated so poorly. Fletcher Jones Mercedes of Newport beach knows how to do one thing very well ...SellCars. When it comes to resolving service /dangerous safety issues. They get an F. they have put us through the ringer for over a week on a safety related problem with our 2007 CLK 550 leaking gasoline from the fuel sensors/gas tank under the two rear seats. There are thousands of complaints online and on the Ntsb government website. Mercedes has know of this dangerous safety issue for years and refuses to recall the over one million vehicles with this defect. Our vehicle has 7000 miles on it.. It is a costly fix and their customers should not have to pay the tab on their lack of engineering . Shame on Mercedes Benz of America and Fletcher Jones Motorcars of Newport Beach, Ca for not issuing an immediate recall on this dangerous safety DEFECT.. Thanks to their so called "Top rated customer service team" they have lost my families business forever. Never let them tell you they will Reach Out to help you. If you ever hear them say the following two words (reach out & goodwill) Run for the hills. More
