Joey Gulo has been the best. He is very up front and trustworthy. MB of Laguna Niguel was non-responsive to my issues and management would not return phone calls. I brought the car to Fletcher Jones and worked with Ed Hill, he was extremely responsive to my needs and made sure the work was completed on time and to my satisfaction. Oh my goodness! What I really want to say is oh my God! I purchased a beautiful E350 on 8/18/13 from “Irish” Michael Mc Mullen at Fletcher Jones Motor Cars Newport Beach. This is how it went down: I was prep purchased a beautiful E350 on 8/18/13 from “Irish” Michael Mc Mullen at Fletcher Jones Motor Cars Newport Beach. This is how it went down: I was prepared emotionally not to fall in love with the car, and I was determined not to go outside my financial parameters. As I prepared to start my journey from Pasadena on a bright clear day, I heard the man’s voice , the one I have heard for years on the radio commercials, “ come on down to Fletcher Jones, we are at the 73 and Jamboree. Then, I heard the vocals of the seagulls flying by. On this particular day his voice was not so soothing nor was the vocals of the birds. I was nervous. I thought to myself I better leave extra early so I could determine the most private place to park my sweet little Volvo with 250,000 miles. I did not want to drive up with the undercarriage, the belly of my baby scraping across the front of the showroom floor. I was undecided still with regards to a certified used Volvo C 70 or the E350. I made my way inside w/ much anticipation and let the front desk know that I had arrived for my 3:15 appointment, I waited just a few minutes and there he was “Irish Mike”. I said a few quick quips to lessen my own nerves, he laughed, he got me, he understood. Immediately i felt comfortable. I vocalized my needs and he replied with this, “thank you for your transparency, thank you for being up front”. Well you know that did me in, I melted like butter. He met me where I was. He asked me to take the car out for a drive, and there he stood Justin Smyres, Mike’s other half. Mike said don’t’ worry he is not a salesman, just let Justin show you the highlights of the car. Justin and I returned. Secretly if anyone was to ask, I had fallen in love with the car, but there was no way I was going to let anyone know. I acted like I had 25 E350’s lined up at my house. “Irish Mike” greeted us in front of the showroom and said, “I think this car fits in your budget !” I want to help you and I know you want this car. We went upstairs to his office. On the way up we were greeted by lush greenery or at least it seemed like that, I was reminded of Hawaii. Anyways, I was just so thrilled inside my gut I wanted to explode. I kept thinking, how lucky I was to have a car buying experience with someone that actually wanted me to have this beautiful car and keep the price within my reach, within my boundary. This guy wanted me to have a good experience. His character is written all over my contract. He allowed himself the opportunity to provide me with an outstanding experience. I felt inside myself that this was truly on the level of a holy moment. Thank you Mike McMullen. Our experience at Fletcher-Jones just left us shaking our heads. We went there looking to buy a new ML350. Our salesman was completely unprofessional and arrogant through the test drive and beginning negotia heads. We went there looking to buy a new ML350. Our salesman was completely unprofessional and arrogant through the test drive and beginning negotiations. He was distracted by his cell phone and made us feel like we were imposing on HIS time. We tolerated this behavior against our better judgement because we found the vehicle that we really liked. Negotiations.....in steps Cush with his low-ball trade allowance. They gave us a story about how we should go to CarMax to get a fair price even though as everyone knows, CarMax low-xxxxx as well. We were so disgusted we left. The next day, we were optimistic when they called us and acted like they wanted to do a deal, however, when we went back to have our "meeting with the executives," it was the same story. They will tell you that their cars are special somehow, and that you should finance or preferably LEASE because they will profit more on this type of deal. If you just want to be in a Mercedes because it's prestigious, then go here, pay thousands of dollars more than you should. Like us, if you have cash in hand and refuse to pay sticker, they aren't interested. They will tell you that you are dreaming if you think you can get it cheaper. Yes, and dreams do come true. We drove about 48 miles and saved $4,500.00 by going to Walters Mercedes-Benz in Riverside. They were so professional and HONEST. It was totally worth it and we are telling everyone who admires our new ML350 where you get treated with respect and get a great deal. FYI- CARMAX gave us an estimate on our car that was $2,500.00 higher than Fletcher-Jones. You do the math. More

I live in irvine so not knowing about any rules, stopped by fetcher jones dealer to see if I can get a car wash? I was told because it was 2 pm car wash is closed and to come back tomorrow. When I went back the next day I was denied and turned down for a car-wash?????because I didn't buy my car from them. It really upset me because I sincerely didn't know about this rule, and I was told to go back the next day by thier own car wash employee. It was very disturbing , unpleasent unprofessional and unethical the way they treat me with 2 kids in my car and to turm me down when they could have just honor their word and did it just that one time. It is all about principals in life. I am working in Hoag hospital that excellency and customer care is day to day standard of living and we are expected to do everything to make our patients happy and we always work hadr toward patient satisfaction. Maybe it's wrong but that's how I feel we should treat each other with dignity and respect. More
